DAY 1
Thessaly / Central Greece
Arrive in Kalambaka after a private transfer from Trikala train station to your hotel in Kalambaka. Our rep will explain the itinerary in detail.
Time at leisure. Dinner is included at a local tavern.
DAY 2
Meteora
Visit of the famous rock formation hosting one of the largest and most precipitously built complexes of Eastern Orthodox Monasteries. Hike through the majestic Meteora "rock forest", enjoy this unique geological phenomenon, see the best monasteries and experience the most captivating views in this morning tour! The six (of an original twenty-four) monasteries are built on immense natural pillars and hill-like rounded boulders that dominate the local area.
Meteora is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Lunch at a local tavern included. In the afternoon, a demonstration cooking class in Kalambaka. You will enjoy a 3-course meal at the end. Overnight.
DAY 3
Athens
After breakfast, private transfer back to Trikala train station. Arrival in Athens.

DAY 4
Athens
In the morning, meeting with the guide for a half-day guided tour of Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Time at leisure in the afternoon. Overnight.
DAY 5
Cruise
Cruise to the Saronic Gulf Islands of Aegina, Poros & Hydra. There is a Lunch (buffet) on board along with musical entertainment with a live orchestra. Special Children's Menus and Activities are also offered onboard. The cruise takes 11 hours. Transfer from and to your hotel is included.
Dinner on your own. Overnight.
DAY 6
Free day for individual activities. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight.
DAY 7
Santorini
Arrival in Santorini. Transfer to your accommodation. Evening on your own.

DAY 8
Santorini Wine Tour
Pick up in the morning at your hotel; today you will get to visit traditional wineries and taste all the types of different terroir-driven wines of Santorini. You will learn about the features of the volcanic soil, the climate, the local grapes, and also about the wine history of the island and the traditional and modern winemaking methods! Lunch is included. Time at leisure in the afternoon. Overnight.
DAY 9
Free morning and afternoon for individual activities.
In the evening you will be taken (with our driver) to a 5-star restaurant for a 3-course gourmet menu. Their sommelier will help you choose some good Santorinian wine. A 5-star experience for foodies. Santorinian food and wine are at their best.
DAY 10
Crete, the largest Greek Island.
Private transfer to the port or airport for your flight or boat trip to Crete.
Arrival in Heraklion & private transfer from the port or airport to your hotel in Heraklion. Evening on your own.
DAY 11
Crete – Archanes
First thing in the morning is a cooking class and wine tasting in one traditional Cretan Village. An experience of a lifetime. Cretan cuisine is renowned both in Greece and internationally for its unique ingredients and flavors. Based on simple techniques, it's the variety of local produce that distinguishes the dishes: mountain herbs and greens, bulbs, unique cheeses, fresh fish, the famous Cretan oil, and raki a bracing grape brandy. A great Cretan meal will be served at the end. Overnight.
DAY 12
Crete
Food walks in Heraklion after breakfast. Taste puffy pastries, delicious cheese, traditional Cretan dishes, and mouthwatering desserts, while learning all about Cretan cuisine!
Lunch on your own. Afternoon at your leisure. Evening on your own.
DAY 13
Crete
Today is a day at leisure. Suggestions: Rethymno, Chania, etc
DAY 14
Crete
In the morning, visit Knossos Palace, the residence of King Minos (known for The Legend of the Minotaur), one of Greece's most important archaeological sites.
Time at leisure in the afternoon suggestion to complete with the morning: visit of the Archaeological Museum.
Evening on your own. Overnight.
DAY 15
Private transfer for departure from your accommodation to the airport.
